Our culture is built on four key behaviors – curious, empowered, inclusive, and agile – and we value how we work as much as what we achieve. **Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor, you will be responsible for: * Managing planned and unplanned activities that impact multiple orders and customers, including informal and formal allocation, holiday schedules, new item implementations, and managing warehouse closing/openings. * Leading cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders and key customers. * Running SAP queries and using reports to identify trends and problem-solve opportunities. * Project managing and leading process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. * Providing day-to-day customer service activities, including order entry, expedited orders, customer order change requests, and transportation issues. * Investigating, validating, claiming, or requesting reversal of fines, customer deductions, and transportation deductions. * Communicating and presenting to all levels of the organization, including customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. **Key Qualifications:** * High School diploma or GED equivalent. * Availability to work rotating weekends. * Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience. * At least one year in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center. * Three years in a customer-facing role; three years in a call center are preferred. * Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills. * Building collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers. * Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems. * Sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication. * Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision. * Experience with SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables is preferred. **What We Offer:** * Competitive benefits package that starts on day one of employment. * Innovative technology and state-of-the-art systems to support your work. * Opportunities for growth and development in a global organization. * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values continuous learning and improvement. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **Skills:** * Communication * Complex Issues * Cross-Functional Teamwork * Customer Service * Group Problem Solving * Order Management * Prioritization * Process Improvements * Relationship Building * Supply Chain * Teamwork * Time Management **Pay Range:** $60,200 - $74,100 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
