**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, providing an exceptional training experience that encourages long-term success. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Learning Program Development**: Design and deliver programs of diverse modalities, including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning, to engage Associates and drive business results.
* **Training Metrics and Analysis**: Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory and region, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
* **Live Performance Metrics**: Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
* **Learning Session Delivery**: Conduct learning sessions on new processes and deliver various training courses, including continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches.
* **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel, ensuring timely and accurate insights for business stakeholders.
* **New Hire Training and Coaching**: Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time, driving Associate success and business outcomes.
* **Stakeholder Partnerships**: Partner with operational stakeholders as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team, driving collaboration and alignment.
* **Learning Coach Identification and Certification**: Identify and certify learning coaches, ensuring a strong bench of talent to support Associate development.

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **2+ years of experience** in training delivery roles, with a proven track record of driving business results through learning and development.
* **1 year of experience** in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience, with a deep understanding of the customer service landscape.
* **Proficient computer skills**, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
* **Highly accurate and fluent** in Japanese and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
* **Flexible work arrangements**, with the ability to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones.
