As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions and drive growth. * Investigating the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing). * Maintaining and updating required tools and systems based on business needs (e.g., BPM or Course Planning models). * Identifying errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and providing solutions. * Proactively searching for patterns and trends in data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth. * Supporting the development and improvement of arenaflex tools and systems to drive business growth and improvement. * Modeling business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs. * Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed and developing business case outlines. * Any other related and assigned responsibilities. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will require: * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting. * Experience in management consulting or design thinking is highly desirable. * Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling. * Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. * Proficiency in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Understanding of Financial and Operating Statements. * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects. * Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Strong change management skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. **Desirable Skills:** * Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL. * Familiarity with statistical analysis using R or a similar tool. * Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools. * Familiarity with SharePoint. * Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes. * Project management or support experience. **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $26. * Flexible part-time schedule. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
