**Job Summary**
As the face of our customer, you will be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections and encourages an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, greeting clients as they start and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. You will offer a pleasant, professional, assured, and insightful career to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
* **Education**: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* **Age**: Minimum of 18 years old
* **Technical skills**: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* **Physical ability**: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* **Security clearance**: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* **Work authorization**: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* **Attendance and appearance**: Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
