As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of DevOps tooling, practices, and culture across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption of best practices, including visibility, flexibility, accessibility, security, and cost efficiency. If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for DevOps, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development of DevOps strategy, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps tools, practices, and culture. * Establish and uphold DevOps best practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, and deployment techniques. * Design and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar, to provision and manage assets across cloud environments. * Execute and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar, to ensure fast and reliable application deployment. * Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that teams are adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements. * Monitor and analyze DevOps pipelines and practices, identifying areas for improvement, innovation, and automation to enhance deployment consistency and accuracy. * Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their adoption within the organization's DevOps environment. * Coach and provide technical guidance to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience working in cloud environments, including GCP, Azure, or AWS, and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Proficiency in infrastructure as code concepts and tools, such as Terraform and Ansible. * Active involvement in CI/CD pipeline tools, such as Jenkins and CircleCI, and version control systems, such as Git. * Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar. * Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex DevOps stage issues and provide effective solutions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Cloud Logging Services, to ensure application performance and system health. * Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including experience with vulnerability scanning, compliance frameworks, and secure deployment practices. * Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior professionals, is a plus. **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
