As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team that's always striving to improve and grow. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * Processing inbound data on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy * Providing clerical support, including payroll support and daily entry of receiving data into our database * Reconciling physical receipt of tickets against our database to ensure accuracy * Analyzing reports to identify missing tickets and taking corrective action * Saving electronic tickets to specified folders and inputting and/or validating producer payroll data * Maintaining a high level of proficiency in data entry, including 10-key entry skills * Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of experience in data entry, with a strong focus on numbers and 10-key entry skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other office software * Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to clarify problems or issues * A positive attitude and a professional demeanor * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience in a similar role, with a focus on administrative support and data entry * Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis software * Familiarity with payroll processing and accounting software * Certification in data entry or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
