**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, working from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, patient enrollment, and answering high-volume customer inquiries while adhering to state and government guidelines. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling.
* Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related exceptions.
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients based on the situation.
* Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements.
* Provide assistance to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
* Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintain a valid professional permit or certification.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer.
+ Using a mouse to point and click.
+ Starting and closing programs.
+ Switching between programs.
+ Saving files.
+ Printing reports.
+ Accessing data online.
* Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a program.
+ Composing in URLs in the correct area.
+ Using a web search engine.
+ Bookmarking a webpage.
+ Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons.
+ Completing forms online.
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
* Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
