As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, and resolving issues in a polite, professional, and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Provide information and assistance to customers regarding flights, fares, and travel arrangements
* Process customer requests for flight changes, cancellations, and refunds
* Handle customer complaints and issues related to baggage, seat assignments, and other travel-related matters
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**What You'll Need for Success:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
* Relevant legal driver's license as required by local authorities
* Ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with Sabre or other travel service systems a plus
