**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading business outcomes, executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, and developing unified account plans and pursuit plans that align with arenaflex's account team. You will establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs, and internal networks at arenaflex, including the account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Lead business outcomes**: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation and drive strategic and financial value through promoting and selling transformational arenaflex programs.
* **Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps**: Develop and execute roadmaps that align with arenaflex's business objectives and drive near-term results in ProServe and platform bookings.
* **Develop unified account plan and pursuit plan**: Align with arenaflex's account team (direct sales) to develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that drives business outcomes.
* **Establish executive relationships**: Establish relationships with executive sponsors across business and technology groups to drive program adoption and success.
* **Establish internal network**: Establish a network of internal stakeholders, including the account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal, to drive collaboration and success.
* **Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets**: Meet or exceed annual targets through effective deal structure, customer engagement, and program delivery.
* **Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms**: Share best practices and learnings across the ProServe team to drive scale and efficiency.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience**: A strong educational background or equivalent experience in a related field.
* **5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience**: Proven experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the domain.
* **8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles**: A strong background in IT consulting and management, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
* **A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs**: A proven ability to scope, sell, and deliver large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs.
* **Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions**: Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* **A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management**: A proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage opportunities.
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations**: Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead workgroups and present to executives.

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
