Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a gaming enthusiast with excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers via chat, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information * Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Idaho * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position) * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Familiarity with the automotive industry or related products * Experience with chat software or other customer engagement platforms * Strong typing skills (40 WPM or higher) * Gaming experience (e.g., online multiplayer, customer service, or community management) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong typing skills (35 WPM or higher) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with the automotive industry or related products * Experience with chat software or other customer engagement platforms **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
