**Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

**Key Qualifications**
To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll need:
* 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
* A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
* Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
* Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
* Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
* A home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups

To ensure seamless performance, you'll need:

* Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum
