**Earnings Potential**
As an experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Plus, you'll be guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
**Schedule**
* **Flexible schedule opportunities**: Create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
* **Schedule available hours**: Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 8 pm CST.
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software**: Experience with bookkeeping and accounting practices is essential.
* **Bookkeeping/accounting expertise**: AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related skills are a must.
* **Customer service experience**: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
* **Comfort with cross-selling**: Ability to effectively communicate relevant products and services to customers.
* **Strong ownership of customer issues**: Ability to take control of situations and provide confident resolution.
* **Tech savvy**: Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new technologies.
* **Friendly tone and professional demeanor**: Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

To ensure your success as an independent contractor, you'll need:

**Technology Requirements**
To perform your duties, you'll need:
* **Personal computer**: A desktop or laptop computer with a wired internet connection.
* **Broadband internet connection**: A minimum of 10 Mbps download speed is required.
* **Wired internet connection**: No Wi-Fi or mobile internet connections are allowed.
* **Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system**: A valid operating system is required.
* **Valid antivirus software**: Up-to-date antivirus software is essential for protecting your computer and data.
* **Wired USB headset with microphone**: A high-quality headset is required for clear communication.
* **Mac users**: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility are accepted.
**Important Information**
As an independent contractor, you'll need to:
* **Live and work from the United States**: Except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
* **Pass a criminal background check**: A successful background check is required for this program.
* **Agree to contractual terms**: You'll be asked to agree to a contractual relationship with arenaflex, which includes waiving claims for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Job Type**
This is a contract role, with flexible scheduling opportunities and a competitive hourly rate.
**Pay**
$15.30 - $20.40 per hour, depending on your experience and performance.
