As a remote employee, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and driving customer retention. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.
