You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise in technical program management, data analytics, and cloud computing will enable you to drive process improvement, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics) * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud computing and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical program management skills, with experience in cloud computing and data analytics * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills * Ability to design and execute end-to-end research, including data collection, analysis, and presentation * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement and identify opportunities for growth **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
