**Key Responsibilities**
As a Product Principal - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivery and Execution (10%):** Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
* **Strategy and Planning (60%):** Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams (inputs for planning sessions). Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
* **Team and Stakeholder (30%):** Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.

**Travel Requirements**
* Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
**Physical Requirements**
* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

**Minimum Qualifications**
* Must be eighteen years of age or older.
* Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
