**Job Summary**
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will assist in utilizing data to create, present, and make proposals for innovative ideas and projects, as well as perform basic analysis to mitigate the risk of resistance through process enhancements. These enhancements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby giving us a competitive edge in the industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will be responsible for:
* Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in convenient data collection, validation, and basic driver analysis on data components.
* Helping to create and disseminate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
* Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities.
* Presenting findings, patterns, and potential suggestions by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding.
* Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
* Recognizing irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicating findings to the team.
* Assessing the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
* Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
* May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, business administration).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and care.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas to diverse audiences.
* Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Ability to identify and analyze problems, summarize, and perform basic driver analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
* Willingness to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on liabilities and a strong attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Alteryx, QuickBase).
* Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint for verbal communications.
* Past experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
* Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
* Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
