These enhancements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby giving us a competitive edge in the industry. **Key Responsibilities** The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will be responsible for: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in convenient data collection, validation, and basic driver analysis on data components. * Helping to create and disseminate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities. * Presenting findings, patterns, and potential suggestions by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Recognizing irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicating findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, business administration). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and care. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Ability to identify and analyze problems, summarize, and perform basic driver analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on liabilities and a strong attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Alteryx, QuickBase). * Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint for verbal communications. * Past experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation. * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $26/hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. * Collaborative and supportive team culture. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Flexible remote work arrangements. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
