**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our corporate travel management organization, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Travel Management Company (TMC) business. Your primary focus will be on building strong business relationships with TMC accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business, utilizing your expertise to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
* Establish and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts, focusing on business travel valuable learning experiences for arenaflex.
* With minimal guidance, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with the goal of achieving the highest possible share of the market and yield in individual commercial centers.
* Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements.
* Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability.
* Establish and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex.
* Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams.
* Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing.
* Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with revenue management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue according to the terms of the agreement.
* Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
* Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved.
* Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex.
* Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market.
**Work Experience, Education, and Skills**
**Required**
* 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field.
* Bachelor's degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
**Preferred**
* Previous airline experience.
* Previous exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus.
* Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization.
* Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts arising from competing needs.
