**Job Summary**
As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for helping customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey. You will work with organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption, guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. You will identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, arenaflex partner solutions, and arenaflex best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Value Realization**: Identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, arenaflex partner solutions, and arenaflex best practices.
* **Enablement**: Help customers achieve organizational readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, and training partners.
* **Governance**: Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms.
* **Customer Engagement**: Directly engage with customers, partners, internal arenaflex teams, and services to help our customers on their successful journey in the arenaflex Cloud.
* **Project Management**: Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects navigating risks or roadblocks and execute in an ambiguous and changing environment.
* **Knowledge Sharing**: Share best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal reuse to support the evolution of the arenaflex customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline.

**Requirements**
* **Technical Acumen**: Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud computing, including arenaflex services and partner solutions.
* **Business Acumen**: Strong business skills and knowledge of cloud adoption, including value realization, enablement, and governance.
* **Program Management**: Strong program management skills, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
* **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to customers and stakeholders.
* **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguous and changing environments.
* **Certification**: Seeking a candidate who is willing to pass the Certified Solution Architect, Associate level, within the first 6 months of employment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Cloud Experience**: Experience working with customers in the State and Local Government and Higher Education industry.
* **arenaflex Experience**: Experience working with arenaflex services and partner solutions.
* **Project Management**: Experience managing large-scale projects and programs.
* **Communication**: Experience communicating complex technical and business concepts to customers and stakeholders.
