We offer a wide range of services, including express transportation, ground delivery, cargo services, customs clearance, e-commerce solutions, and office and print services. **Key Responsibilities** As an experienced data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. * Gaining understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources. * Creating reports from initial concept to production, and communicating results to a wide range of audiences. * Utilizing current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis. * Regularly utilizing data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making. * Guiding less experienced staff, working in cross-functional projects, and regularly presenting to the board. **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics. * Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. * Proficient in analysis software and applications. * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry. * Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis. * Microsoft Office * Microsoft Power BI * Alteryx * Python/R * Automation * Income Information * Basic Accounting Information * Proficient in analysis software and applications. * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. **About arenaflex's Benefits** arenaflex is known for offering a competitive benefits package to its employees.
