You will work closely with our team to maintain data integrity and confidentiality, while providing comprehensive support in managing CVS databases remotely. **Key Responsibilities** * Efficiently manage CVS data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts * Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality * Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations * Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP * Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results * Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans * Create review tools for all populations and finish information section on all review tools * Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines * Participate in QM meetings **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work) * At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or social services * Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with high knowledge of Excel * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * RN or LPN clinical record experience * QM evaluating experience or case management experience * High level of scrupulousness and attention to detail **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
