**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Planning Systems**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Hyperion planning applications, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. **What you'll do** * Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data * Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources * Investigate and resolve data issues, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintain system upkeep, including client permissions and access * Provide exceptional customer support, addressing framework issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Assist in preparing in-depth scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount processes using Hyperion * Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements, proposing and presenting effective solutions * Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for Financial divisions **All you'll need for success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field + 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex database structures * Preferred Qualifications: + Experience using Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) + Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: - Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies related to financial issues - Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data - Meticulous with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations **What you'll get** * Join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about innovation and excellence * Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as virtual doctor visits, flexible spending accounts, and more * Participate in our 401(k) program, with employer contributions available after one year * Take advantage of our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more * Experience a culture of inclusion and diversity, with over 20+ Employee Business Resource Groups dedicated to connecting colleagues with clients, providers, networks, and investors **Join the arenaflex team and discover a world of possibilities** At arenaflex, we believe that you should be your best self – that's why our wellness programs provide you with the right tools, resources, and support you need to thrive.
