**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to a wide range of issues. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, including those with special needs, and to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Answer customer questions and provide solutions to a wide range of issues
* Work with customers to resolve issues related to flight reservations, ticketing, and baggage handling
* Use a variety of internal resources and systems to resolve customer issues
* Provide exceptional customer service in an expert and professional manner
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
* Complete task-applicable training and adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)
* Wear uniforms as required by company policy
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school degree or GED or international equivalent
* Bilingual language skills required in some locations
* Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
* Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements
* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
* Previous face-to-face customer service experience
* Working in a fast-paced environment
