Your primary duties will include: * Responding to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner * Answering customer questions and providing accurate information to resolve their queries * Offering sales links and discounts to clients as needed * Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty * Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and concerns * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate.
