You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members * Utilize knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, email correspondence, and chat transcripts * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software * Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a call center environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools * Experience with sales and marketing principles, including upselling and cross-selling * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) **Schedule** We currently have the following full-time shifts available: * Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm * Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm **Location** This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
