**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing client relationships and developing their cold email strategy to drive sales growth
* Implementing learnings and best practices week over week to optimize client campaigns
* Handling sales and client calls to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues
* Collaborating with the arenaflex team to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance client success
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cold email marketing and sales strategy
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales strategy and cold email management
* Based in the United States
* Cold email and sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Airtable, and Instantly
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
