**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Collecting payments on live and terminated accounts, including past due payments, lease end charges, deficiency balances, and total loss amounts
* Negotiating payment solutions and follow-up on pending actions or expired payment arrangements
* Managing a queue of assigned accounts and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
* Collaborating with internal and external groups to resolve escalated customer issues and complaints
* Offering feedback and recommendations on process improvements and training materials
* Maintaining corporate standards and compliance requirements
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collect payments on live and terminated accounts via phone, quick collect, and letters
* Negotiate payment solutions and follow-up on pending actions or expired payment arrangements
* Provide excellent customer service while handling incoming calls from external and internal customers
* Manage a queue of assigned accounts and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
* Collaborate with internal and external groups to resolve escalated customer issues and complaints
* Offer feedback and recommendations on process improvements and training materials
* Maintain corporate standards and compliance requirements
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Collections environment
* Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
