To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, we require our work-at-home team members to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
* A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
* A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
* A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
* A dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday, where you will complete Tech Set Up. After that, you will begin orientation and training on Monday, for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
