**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective way
* Processing and inputting customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Producing stock reports to check product availability and ensuring timely delivery
* Coordinating special and last-minute shipping requests with our Traffic and Operations Departments
* Providing follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met
* Verifying computer-generated invoices and ensuring proper invoicing of accounts
* Preparing shipping and tracing information for customers as required
* Maintaining damage records and back-order logs
* Communicating customer feedback to management and identifying areas for improvement
* Acting as a liaison between the warehouse and office teams, ensuring seamless communication and administration of accounts
* Overseeing all paperwork associated with orders and maintaining corresponding files
* Maintaining a current and accurate procedure manual, detailing processing requirements for each account
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
* Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key
* Experience with shipping software systems, including UPS and Federal Express
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in varying facility conditions
* Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a customer service or distribution role
