We're a community of energetic, innovative, and driven leaders who value relationships and are committed to delivering exceptional results. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to sales, and develop strategies to manage your team to success in a proactive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms * Follow up with leads and close sales * Grow your social media presence organically * Manage and communicate with your team daily * Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth * Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales targets **Requirements** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months) * 100% confidence in your English skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working from home * High interest and commitment to learning * Ability to work with trial and error * Willingness to be challenged daily * Strong problem-solving skills * Creative thinking * Leadership potential **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our people and providing opportunities for growth and development.
