**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient order processing, and accurate product information. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate responses
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
