**Job Overview**
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for owning the bulk of customer inquiries on all platforms, interacting with our community, and forming lasting relationships with our customers. You'll have the opportunity to gain experience in the skincare and beauty industry, e-commerce, and customer service, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service and Support**: Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
* **Product Education and Knowledge**: Generate interest in new products or services via product and skincare knowledge and education, providing information and instructions about relevant products and services.
* **Community Management**: Partner with the Marketing team to perform community management on all social platforms, responding to direct messages to address customer needs and concerns.
* **Relationship Building**: Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate and provide a personalized experience.
* **Product Expertise**: Become an expert on arenaflex products, policies, and brands, staying up-to-date on new products and services.
* **Communication and Collaboration**: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement effective communication strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
**Qualifications**
* **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably within the beauty industry.
* **Location**: Based in Nevada, USA.
* **Communication Skills**: Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working across multiple communication channels.
* **Interpersonal Skills**: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with customers.
* **Organizational Skills**: Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once.
* **Attitude**: Positive and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
* **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think innovatively and outside the box.
