When you join arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to pursue your creative ideas in a supportive and innovative environment. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Homesite Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing exceptional service and support for service issues, requests, procedures, and account information. You'll work closely with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone. If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to Homesite-CONNECT customers, responding to service issues, requests, procedures, and account information * Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone * Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, as they arise, to facilitate efficient self-service * Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners * Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution * Receive guidance from coaches on a frequent basis to process requests * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company or product policies and systems to provide accurate information to customers **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience providing customer-focused solutions or support * Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Licenses: Employees are expected to pass their state's P&C license exam within 12 months.
