As a company, we're proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and we're dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative on our 2nd shift team, you'll be responsible for: * **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. * **Bill Shipments and Resolve Documentation Errors**: You'll review and process bills, tariffs, and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. * **Assist Customers with Inquiries**: You'll provide support with tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions, ensuring that customers receive the information they need to make informed decisions. * **Perform General Clerical Duties**: You'll be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing, as assigned by management. * **Process Over, Short, and Damaged Freight**: You'll work with customers to resolve issues related to over, short, and damaged freight, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues. **Work Environment:** As a Customer Service Representative on our 2nd shift team, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
