**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
* Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Maintaining accurate records and data in our customer relationship management system
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
