**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for arranging travel packages, determining customer needs, and planning events. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every client has a memorable experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Arrange sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
• Plan and arrange event packages
• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with our team to ensure that every client has a memorable experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our clients
