**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of all clients' data extracts and arenaflex's Proprietary Database
* Building automation processes to streamline data transfer and manipulation
* Monitoring and logging into multiple clients' systems and databases
* Running pre-built reports and queries to extract data from clients or picking up pre-generated data
* Transferring, editing, auditing, transforming, and performing quality control inspections of data files
* Communicating with Management Level and above any client issues that arise, working collaboratively towards resolution with client/project teams
* Providing accurate and timely completion of all other tasks assigned by Management/Executive Management/C-Level
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and running different processes simultaneously on different computers in different windows
* Staying up-to-date with new systems and technologies as our client base changes and systems are upgraded and improved
**Schedule**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be required to work from 3:30 AM to 11:30 AM PST. This schedule allows you to work during the early morning hours when our clients' systems are typically less busy, ensuring that you can focus on your tasks without interruptions.
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll need:
* A solid understanding of data management principles and practices
* Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle and its complexities
* Familiarity with SQL or Python programming languages (a plus)
* Adaptability to change and a high level of resilience
* A willingness to learn new systems and technologies as our client base evolves
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field
* A strong understanding of data management principles and practices
* Experience working with multiple clients' systems and databases
