* Resolving customer inquiries successfully through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
* No previous experience required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion is essential.
* Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
* Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
