**Experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services Sourcing and Contract Negotiation**

As a strategic sourcing specialist, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to finding the best solutions for our business needs, while also driving growth and innovation. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for growing and implementing strategic sourcing costs and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and agreement negotiations. Your key responsibilities will include: * Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders * Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria * Developing and leading RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures * Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value * Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Preparing and executing contracts, as well as performing post-award administration * Understanding and supporting the development and execution of performance control programs with vendors that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicating and documenting to management the status of any critical external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making * Analyzing market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external vendors or pricing * Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with current business best practices * Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances * Showing expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms and conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus * Consulting/Advisory history is a plus **Required Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will challenge you and help you grow as a professional.
