**Job Summary**
As a Senior HR Technology Analyst, you'll be responsible for the most complex tasks related to meeting business needs and system capabilities. You'll possess a deep understanding of internal customer systems and have advanced experience with HR and/or Payroll systems. You'll handle complex issues and problems, referring only the most complex ones to higher-level staff.
**Responsibilities**
* Generate general or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or financial data for review by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders
* Participate in Enterprise projects; provide data-driven insights in People records and analytics strategies
* Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in Employee records
* Ensure data integrity is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership
* Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure features and next stories meet expectations
* Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
* Conduct analysis and select solutions to business problems
* May perform other job duties as directed by Employee Leaders
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office processes and terminology
* Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination strategies and tactics, including alternative methods to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media
* Knowledge of principles and processes for employee recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and employee data systems
* Skilled in the use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or procedures to problems
* Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing associated data to develop and evaluate alternatives and implement solutions
* Skilled in understanding how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and environments will affect outcomes
* Ability to combine elements of data to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among unrelated events)
* Ability to communicate data and ideas in speech so others will understand
* Ability to inform when something is incorrect or is likely to go wrong, which does not involve fixing the problem, only spotting there's a problem
**Education**
* Required: High School Diploma or GED
**Experience**
* Required: Advanced-level experience, professional and specialized expertise in:
+ Functional experience and support of HR and/or Payroll systems
* Preferred: Advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting
* Preferred: Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this role but not required
**Pay & Benefits**
* Competitive market salary from $97,750 per year to $108,600 per year based on qualifications and experience
* For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and provided at the discretion of the company
