**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Patient Support and Front Desk Operations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer calls, emails, and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals
* Handle incoming calls and outbound calls per shift, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers
* Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality
* Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patient's medication as needed, ensuring seamless coordination with our logistics and supply chain teams
* Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services, providing clear and concise guidance and support throughout the process
* Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacy, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, patient support, or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding service level goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
* Knowledge of pharmacy operations and practices
