**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Part-Time (Airport Operations), you'll play a vital role in assisting customers throughout the rental or return process on our airport lots. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with car rentals, returns, and other services
* Processing rentals for loyalty customers
* Checking cars and entering information into handheld devices
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A valid driver's license
* Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
* Effective verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
* Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
