As a Ramp Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of cargo and baggage. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all operational processes and procedures. **Work Environment and Physical Demands** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow. You'll be required to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking, with repetitive tasks like loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds.
