**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Online Chat Support for arenaflex Members**

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our members through various digital channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE ONLINE CHAT REPRESENTATIVE AT arenaflex**
As a Remote Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:
* **Efficiently and effectively answering member inquiries**: You'll be the go-to person for resolving member issues, answering questions, and providing support through digital channels, including email, web and mobile messaging, chat, and text.
* **Providing support for online membership applications**: You'll work closely with members to ensure their online applications are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
* **Discussing member needs on financial matters**: You'll be the subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat and Text Support.
* **Maintaining a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services**: You'll stay up-to-date on the latest offerings and features to provide expert guidance to our members.
**REMOTE ONLINE CHAT REPRESENTATIVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **A High School Diploma or equivalent**: We're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in education and a passion for learning.
* **1 year of experience in a customer service position**: You'll bring valuable experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
* **Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we need someone who can effectively communicate with our members through various channels.
* **Strong problem-solving and member service skills**: You'll be able to think critically and provide creative solutions to member issues.
* **Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products**: You'll be proficient in using Word, Excel, and PPT to support your work.
**OTHER THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION**
* **Work Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* **Travel**: Not necessary for this position
* **Telecommuting**: Possible for this position once training is complete
* **Requirements**: A dedicated workspace, secure and strong internet connection, and an environment free from loud noises or outside distractions
* **Training**: The first 60 days will be on-site for training at our Corporate Campus located at 2675 O’Neal Lane in Baton Rouge
