As a key member of our Splunk development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing advanced Splunk dashboards, searches, and reports. You'll also provide top-notch customer support, working closely with our application groups to drive innovative solutions for corporate data collection and business logging stages. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and develop high-quality content for versatility, reliability, and execution * Troubleshoot complex Splunk issues using your expertise in cutting-edge looking and dashboarding * Collaborate with external applications and frameworks as needed * Develop and teach our customer community on Splunk search, alarm, and dashboard best practices * Provide daily functional and local area support * Perform information analysis, ordering, and enhancement * Create and manage information articles, including fields, extractions, labels, event types, queries, workflow activities, pseudonyms, and macros * Design and implement report-based reports and information model speed increase * Work from home allowed **What You'll Need** * 3+ years of experience in creating advanced Splunk dashboards and searches in Splunk * Experience in pre-arranging languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other * Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure * Ordinary expressions * Driving insights with data and Splunk products * Making dashboards in Dashboard Studio * Ansible and Git * Website architecture * Working together and communicating with application groups to drive innovative solutions for corporate data collection to business logging stages * Troubleshooting intricate Splunk organization issues using knowledge of automation, pre-arranging, Ansible, AWS, REST APIs, and Splunk Enterprise * Creating, testing, and deploying various Splunk setups and Splunk technology add-ons * Possessing and driving Splunk system and data organization best practices, including data onboarding * Helping with the creation of advanced dashboards, reports, alarms, and other information objects in Splunk to drive value across the organization * Working from home allowed * The position is eligible for the Employee Reference Program **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 3+ years of experience in Splunk development and customer support * Strong knowledge of Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure * Experience in pre-arranging languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 5+ years of experience in Splunk development and customer support * Experience in Ansible and Git * Strong knowledge of website architecture * Experience in working with external applications and frameworks * Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization * Experience in creating and managing information articles, including fields, extractions, labels, event types, queries, workflow activities, pseudonyms, and macros **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong knowledge of Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure * Experience in pre-arranging languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other * Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization * Experience in creating and managing information articles, including fields, extractions, labels, event types, queries, workflow activities, pseudonyms, and macros **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
