**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Assistant – Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Supporting senior leaders with onboarding process for new team members and internal developments, including business lead and call monitoring, equipment, access, and support
* Managing schedules, coordinating conferences, and making essential arrangements, including technical planned operations, saving offices, catering services, meeting materials, and plans
* Supporting key HR reporting and complex presentations
* Offering additional support to senior leaders with managerial tasks
* Managing contract signature process and reviews
* Supporting service frameworks access for channels
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Conversant in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and spoken
* Managerial support experience in a large organization
* Experience interacting directly with senior leaders
* Strong attention to detail
* Solid relational, relationship, and networking skills to build and maintain effective professional connections across all regions of the organization
* Hierarchical skills, focusing on and performing multiple tasks in a high-speed environment
* Great communication skills, solid relationship building, and time management
* Ability to work in a unique environment as a cooperative person
* Elevated level of proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Salesforce (a plus)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of financial services industry
* Certification in customer service or a related field
