At arenaflex, we're committed to delivering a seamless omnichannel experience, with integrated physical and digital platforms supported by cutting-edge technology. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and manage patient information with confidentiality and care. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's proprietary systems and software. * Process prescriptions, manage patient information, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. * Handle high-volume calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary. * Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction. * Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Basic computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer. + Using a mouse to point and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving files. + Printing documents. + Accessing data online. * Basic web browsing skills, including: + Opening a web browser. + Typing URLs in the address bar. + Using a search engine. + Bookmarking a website. + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons. + Completing online forms. * Basic keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute. + Typing by memory. + Organizing records. * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 words per minute. + Typing by memory. + Organizing records. * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role. * Ongoing support and development opportunities to help you grow in your career. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of dedicated professionals. * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
