**Job Summary**
We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in virtual and simulation testing to join our Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging team. As a key member of our QA team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions with a high degree of fidelity. You'll work closely with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal customers to ensure that our solutions meet the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement virtual platforms to test and verify solutions with a high degree of fidelity
* Virtually ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery
* Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
* Communicate quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams
* Coordinate simulations and testing processes
* Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues
* Connect with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), review client, customer, and user feedback
* Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree (BS)
* 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise
* Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing
* Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
* Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
