We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis, with excellent potential for permanent employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, handling medical insurance queries, and accurately documenting call content in real-time. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
* Accurately documenting call content in real-time, using our proprietary software
* Providing solutions to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Schedule**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home, with the following schedule:
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Note: Rotating holidays as needed
**Compensation and Benefits**
