As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, handling medical insurance queries, and accurately documenting call content in real-time. If you're a New York State resident with a strong customer service background, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner * Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience * Accurately documenting call content in real-time, using our proprietary software * Providing solutions to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Schedule** As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home, with the following schedule: * Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM * Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) * Note: Rotating holidays as needed **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will receive: * Competitive hourly rate: $16.20/hr * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Health Insurance + 401K plan + Paid Time Off (PTO) available **Essential Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must: * Be a New York State resident * Have a strong customer service background, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role * Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Be able to work independently in a remote environment * Have a strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document call content * Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field * Knowledge of medical insurance and billing procedures * Certification in customer service or a related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document call content * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
