**Experienced Customer Practice Manager, Media & Entertainment, US - Telco, Media, Entertainment, Games, and Sports - arenaflex ProServe**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Practice Manager to lead and support customer programs, develop a long-term ProServe strategy, and execute against that strategy within our Media & Entertainment vertical in the United States.**

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading business outcomes, articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation, and executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps. You will develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the arenaflex account team, establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups, and establish an internal network at arenaflex. You will also deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets, and support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Lead Business Outcomes**: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation, and execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high Bias for Action to Deliver Results in ProServe and Platform bookings in the near term.
* **Develop Unified Account Plan**: Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the arenaflex account team (direct sales).
* **Establish Executive Relationships**: Establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups, executive sponsorship of programs.
* **Establish Internal Network**: Establish an internal network at arenaflex, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: Account Team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, Legal.
* **Deliver on Targets**: Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives.
* **Support Scale**: Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team.
**Domain Expertise**
We are looking for candidates with expertise in 2 or more of the following domain areas:
* **Content Production**: Experience in content production, including video, audio, and written content.
* **Media Supply Chain**: Knowledge of media supply chain management, including content acquisition, distribution, and monetization.
* **Direct to Consumer / Streaming**: Experience in direct-to-consumer streaming, including content delivery, monetization, and audience engagement.
* **Customer Data Platform / Audience Monetization**: Expertise in customer data platforms and audience monetization, including data analytics, segmentation, and targeting.
* **Generative AI for Media & Entertainment workloads**: Knowledge of generative AI and its applications in media and entertainment workloads.
**Basic Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree**: or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
* **5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience**: Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, including content production, media supply chain, direct-to-consumer streaming, customer data platforms, and audience monetization.
* **8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles**: Experience in IT consulting and management, including customer-facing roles, deal structuring, and delivery excellence.
* **Proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs**: A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT transformation programs.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management**: A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management.
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
