Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex
- Answering incoming calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing personalized solutions to unique situations
- Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data with precision and accuracy
- Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Working a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities for advancement across the entire arenaflex network
Compensation and Benefits
- A starting rate of $15.00 per hour

System Requirements
- A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
- A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin a six-week training program, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
